I thought it might be a head too until I looked at it a little closer. Weird how his hand is so bright, isn't it? But, I do agree that the cover is very hot. The face just over the girl's left shoulder throws me because it appears there's an extra guy back there (since it also appears she's being held by a left arm in front of her).
