   2 I’ve only heard of 3 of these. Volver is on my list too. But WHEN do you have time to watch movies with all of your writing, reading, blogging, schooling, snarking, and Tim-ing?

   4 Looking for That Word is much easier with the right thesaurus. Rodgets 6th is flamingly brilliant for that. Because you only have to know the idea of what you want. It’s organized by subject. I haven’t seen any of those movies, but I’m not a movie watcher. I’m trying to change that. I need to see story, but I always feel so lazy sitting there. Maybe I can crochet an afgan while I watch? *g* There was one from Cath Kidston I wanted to make… And I need netflix. I think you sold me. I can’t be bothered with going to the rental store.

   6 I watched Curse of the Golden Flower a couple of weeks ago…wow! First Chow Yun Fat is hot, Gong Li is gorgeous, the setting absolutely stunning and the plot is wicked - family, no matter how bad, they’re yours. I hope it shows up quickly for you.

    11 Hey Bam, I love Netflix too, but quick question, did you like A Guide to Recognizing Your Saints? Is that the movie with hottie Channing Tatum in it? If so, I didn’t even know it was out and I’m going to put it on my netflix queue. But I wanted to know…I’ve got Smokin’ Aces on my queue. Thanks, Rowena

    13 Bam, you really gotta tell me what The Promise is like when you see it. I really, really wanted to see it (like, I talked about it for months–I have a mini girl crush on Ceci Cheung and I heart the prettiness that is Nicholas Tse but then when it came out in China, I heard it was really bad, so I haven’t watched it yet so I can still preserve the hope that maybe–just maybe–it’s not that terrible. And I’d like to see Penny Dreadful)…. And FWIW, I thought Creep sucked all kinds of goat ass, lol.

    14 why thank you bam. i’ve been told i rant well… okay, okay, the DH tells me I just like to rant. he never said that i rant well. ;o) But if I do that much, that means I have plenty of practice and practice does make perfect, right? ;o)

    15 Smoking ace’s was a dissapointment to me really. There was something too hollow about it, but I really do want to see “curse of the golden flower.” My brother has his doubts about it. but if Bam approves it must be gold ^_^ -Moony

    16 I am a total Meat Loaf fan. Must rent movie…must rent movie… I DVR stuff and watch it later. Right now, “How Clean is Your House” on BBC-America is an obsession. When I have insomnia and don’t want to write, I watch what I’ve recorded at 2am… Darr
