For a long book, I never go above 5 point-of-view characters, and I always choose them carefully. Usually I stay with two. I hope this experience doesn't put you off trying other m/m authors. Too over the top of a story for me. LOL I could not get into the whole dragon, dream and other characters cluttering the story. However his book "Not going Home" was a keeper for me.
