Update From the Edge

This is all happening way so fast that my head is still spinning from it. My kickass anthology with BFF Ann and Bonnie Dee is going to be out on September 3rd from Liquid Silver Books. Ahhhhh!!! I’ve been so happy the last couple of days that I’m starting to lose my emo street cred. How can I hang with my goth buddies now if I’m grinning like a happy idiot all the time, huh? And you’ll be seeing a lot more of me in the next few days as I do a little blog-hopping with 1) Shiloh 2) Dear Author 3) Milady Insanity 4) Write-Minded 5) Kessler.

By the way, check out this amazing review of Skin to Skin by that hot piece of ass, Karen Scott. When she told me she was reading it, I was 1) hoping she would think it was so bad she would give it her infamous blistering and rack up my sales that way, or 2) she would love it so much she’d attack her husband after reading it. I couldn’t have handled “meh”. It’s odium or amor for me, damn it! Thanks, Karen! Kisses!

Oh, and don’t forget to vote for the finalists of this month’s writing contest. We had some hot, hot entries (why does that sound dirty?) this month, y’all! Get to it.

Now I’m going to lay out in the backyard for some sun and listen to some AC/DC. Laterz!

    ps–My prize copy of “Unmasqued” arrived in the mail yesterday. Must read just as soon as I’ve read the two library books I have out!

    I found when I did the same thing (a few days ago) that it took a while to propagate, so you might give it a day or so.

    Give it at least a day to show up. If it doesn’t, then switch to a different picture and wait another day. I had used a real picture of me and it would only display the Gravitar logo. Once I switched pics, I had no problem.

    Hmmmm… wonder if I should be insulted that Gravitar didn’t like the real me?

    This anthology sounds like its going to be great. Is the Bonnie Dee previously published? She had something at Venuus Press that I wanted (to do with a scarecrow), but when I finally got around to buying, it was gone. I’ll be getting this one on the release date.
