What is the purpose of that initial post about how high-school relationships tended not to last anyway? Pointing out the obvious, no?

Do you think Leda screams bloody murder at Sam every time she accidentally steps on one of the ninja stars he had left laying around on the floor?

I’m not too fond of ninjas because of what they usually represent, but any true martial artist has respect for his weapons and would not leave them lying around… Or is that just the martial arts nut I work with who keeps his katanas in a glass case?

I say most because I’m fairly certain that a couple of months after their story ended, (Shannon McKenna’s) Raine would have applied for a restraining order on Seth after he locked her in her bedroom for a week for not telling him she had nipped down to the shops for some bread and milk.

After Erin sneaks out the window and undergoes plastic surgery so she no longer matches the photo Connor is flashing around as he tries to find her, she and Raine can open a group home for McKenna’s heroines.

I (heart) Lloyd. And damnnit, NOTHING will ever convince me that he and Diane are anything but perfect together and happy and enjoying life, even through the rough patches. He gave her his heart, she gave him a pen…and then, after that, they worked it out. Communication, baby. Lloyd is my ultimate good guy hero. And he’s happy. With Diane. I know it.

And you know what? I married my high school crush. We just had our 10-year anniversary. And I’m pursuing the career of my dreams (fine, it might not be the sport of the future, but that’s okay), and he’s completely supportive. (Granted, I still have a day job, so I bet Lloyd had to do something to help contribute to the family income while going after his dream too. Reality check, even in the perfect HEA.)

It’s possible. It’s my life.

And I say that Lloyd and Diane do go on to live happily ever after.

Of course they have two little Tallants which Webb is thrilled about because he has a little Webb to raise to take over the family dynasty. Although Roanna has her horses as a diversion she gets distressed as Webb begins to drift further and further away as he obsesses over business. It isn’t until he realizes that Roanna is spending a lot of time with the new trainer and taking trips entering the horses in high stakes races that Webb wakes up and begins to court and woo her like she deserved to be the first time around.
