I'm almost done with this book, and I'm sitting here nodding my head and agreeing with your observations. I love that Meg is so real and not a "good girl". And the dialogue. And the historical richness without feeling hit over the head with it. and and...well, i have to run to work, but anyways. Great book and I hope it gets the praise it deserves.
