Found this on Wired Magazine. It’s old—November of last year, but it’s new to me. You can read the entire article right here. It was really the title that caught my eye and compelled me to read it: Ten Reasons I’d Rather Marry a Robot. Ain’t that some shit?

A Case of the Mondays?

Monday, March 10th, 2008 - Et Cetera

Hey, kids. I’m going to be in and out of the Internets for the next couple of weeks (mostly out, sowwie). I’ve got some studyin’ to do with finals coming up and all. Booooooo…

Let’s see… what do we have goin’ on in the next few days… um… ooh, a new serial written by our good friend, Lorelie Long. Here’s the blurb:

Two years ago, Corrine McQuade was desperate to escape her father’s house. In a perfect world, she would have run to Adam Springton, handsome owner of the Gilded Angel saloon and the man she’d daydreamed about for years. Believing he saw her as only his sister’s best friend, Corrine struck out on her own, finding employment and creating the best life she could. Suddenly Adam is paying attention to her – the kind of attention that makes her skin tingle and heat and she’s tempted by a new chance at love.

But who ever heard of a happy ending for a whore?

Hot stuff, eh? We’ve also got Susan Lyons coming by soon to hang out with us, so that should be cool…

Ummm… let’s see… oh, I’ve gotta post the winner to Caitlin Kittredge’s contest, but she hasn’t told me who won yet. Thanks for coming by again, Caitlin.

And that’s it. Have a great week, everyone.

I am in the middle of updating Wordpress, so stuff might be all wonky for a while. Please be patient. Thanks!

And here I thought Giselle Bundchen was the one to blame for all the evil in the world…

Thanks to HFCB for the link.

Also included, my acapella version of Bitchin’ Camaro by The Dead Milkmen ’cause I have no shame.

Mark Henry’s Contest — the number I was thinkin’ of was 88.

Ann Aguirre’s Contest — who’s #100? I got a copy of Grimspace for you.
